GAME STORY
You are the CEO of an aspiring financial corporation, about to take over the state’s economy. Starting with only 20 Billion Game Dollars (BGD), you compete against other corporations in a race towards financial control, market shares and 20 Influence Points. Investing in Politics, Media and Banking will assist you in your endeavours.

SETUP
Place the board game in the center.
Shuffle all the News Cards and stack them up in the news deck. In order to determine First Player, deal the News Cards to the players, one at a time, facing up, starting with the host, and continuing clockwise until a player receives a Campaign card. The player who received the Campaign card is the First Player. Shuffle all the News Cards back to the News Deck.
Arrange the bank: separate the Banknotes according to their value, and arrange the Debt Cards the same manner.
Deal two 10 BGD Banknotes to each player, facing down. The amount of money each player has should stay hidden from other players throughout the game.
Give each player 12 Market Share Tokens, in their chosen color. Place the players’ Influence Token on the starting point of the Influence Score Track, and their Income Token on the starting pint of the Income Track.
Collect Limitation tokens according to the number of players:
5 players: 2 limitation tokens of 10, 5 limitation tokens of 6, 1 limitation token of 4.
4 players: 4 limitation tokens of 6, 3 limitation tokens of 4, 1 limitation token of 3.
3 players: 1 limitation token of 6, 5 limitation tokens of 4, 2 limitation tokens of 3.
2 players: 3 limitation tokens of 4, 3 limitation tokens of 3, 2 limitation tokens of 2.
Shuffle the Limitation Tokens, facing down, then place them on their spots in the in the 8 lower and middle tier markets and flip them facing up.
